Tyche Connect Launches “Tyche Remit” – Zimbabwe’s First Domestic Remittance Service with Mobile Booking App

4 December 2026 – Harare, Zimbabwe — Tyche Connect Bureau de Change, a subsidiary of the Crediconnect Holdings Group, has officially launched Tyche Remit, an innovative domestic remittance service that allows customers to send and receive foreign currency instantly and securely across Zimbabwe.

The new service includes a pioneering mobile booking app that enables recipients to schedule their preferred cash-collection time and location via WhatsApp — a first-of-its-kind solution in Zimbabwe designed to improve convenience, safety, and control for customers.

Available Nationwide Through 18 Branches

Tyche Remit is available at all 18 Crediconnect and Tyche Connect branches nationwide, with an expansion to partner agents already underway. The service responds to the rising demand for convenient, accessible, and safe foreign-currency transfer solutions for families, businesses, and individuals.

“Tyche Remit is a game-changer for Zimbabweans. Our mobile booking app puts customers first by giving them full control over when and where they collect their funds. This innovation reflects our dedication to improving convenience, safety and efficiency in the remittance space.”

How Tyche Remit Works

Getting started is simple. Customers initiate a transfer by visiting any Crediconnect or Tyche Connect branch. First-time users register with a phone number, residential address, and national ID. Once sent, funds are available instantly at any of the 18 branches.
